The Blessing in the lesson

Greetings folks

I want to first say thank you to everyone out there who has been supporting us with the new album.We are overwhelmed from the reviews and response thus far.The fans who have been attending the shows have been so energized and excited which in turn has done the same for us.When we started working on this record we had no idea how it was going to happen.We were fresh off Hidden Beach and in recording contract limbo we really were preparing to approach it as all on our own.We started recording with producers and in studios really solely on the faith that things would work themselves out all we needed to do was put our best foot forward.Weve always been a proactive and resourcefull group which I believe has been very beneficial for us and those we work alongside.I was introduced to our new recording label Purpose Music Group thru a booking agent who thought we may need to talk we did the rest is as they say say history.The labels key officers George Littlejohn and Russell Johnson are really passionate and determined and well respected coincidentally also happen to both be married to musicians.So family and working together seems like something we all share in common.The biggest thing ive learned during the making of this record is to go where there inspiration takes you and to trust yourself creatively but to push yourself to do more than you think you can.Its similar to exercising trying to get those extra few laps around the track the result is tiring but rewarding.In signing off we will be stopping in to the site much more in the weeks to come.We hope you get a chance to see us live after you learn the new music as well cause it feels incredible on stage right now.Purpose also partnered with Shanachie records to distrubute our project another label which is also headed by another music lover and musician Randall Grass.The people we have aligned ourselves with this time have the experience and dedication to the craft that we really find appealing and we hope that we are able to build on our relationship.

I just purchased your album on itunes and as usual I love it!! I love your reality show Six is It!! Six is also it for my husband and I... I gave birth to our 5th girl on June 29, 2011! I look forward to future episodes..I jokingly tell my kids that you, Aja and your children are my "cousin" I hope to meet you guys in the future!! My niece was born this year and was named "Kindred" (smile) Keep doing what your doing, you guys are loved and appreciated..
