Today's experiment? How much can I do dead dog tired. I mean technically I haven't slept since 98 but the fact that I made it through the day is a true example of the miraculous. Though I don't wanna make it habit( as I neeeed my beauty rest) I have to admit a bit of a sick, twisted high I get from working myself to the bone, while running on "E". Aja, I'm listening to the pop-out player and have heard two songs that "I dont believe" are on one of the three cds that I own....They are "catch up" and oh shoot I forgot the name of the other! lol. Thank you for the kind words AJa! I recently lost 70lbs. Through a series of events, childbirth, job promotions, and finding out that my baby was having some developmental issues, I'd gained quite a bit of weight. I must admit, initially, I'd planned to be big and beautiful like my girl "Monique". My hubby was not complaining so I was okay. Then, I started feeling the effects on my body (fatique, leg swelling, etc...)! In addition, my motivation shifted from the vanity of it to wanting to be my healthiest for my child. I wanted to be his companion and caregiver as long as I could (by God's grace of course). I did not what the weight to contribute to health complications that would get me "out of here" faster than necessary. So, with that, I embarked on my weightloss journey and now....approximately 1 year later, My weight is where I want it to be. You Can DO IT to sister. Have a blessed day!

I just wanted to say that I think what you and your husband are doing is absolutely wonderful!!. I enjoy how you incorporate the love that you share together and with your family into your music. Your music has a " feel good" vibe to it, something that can be missing from some of the music today. I especially enjoy "Woman First" and "House of Love". Keep up the outstanding work.
